Growing up in Poland, I have always felt the need to create. Currently, drawing, illustrating, sewing, stitching, designing are just a few passions of mine. Art gives me a great joy and inspiring others was the main purpose behind the creation of Bonjour Embroidery.
My inspiration comes from the beautiful world that surrounds us - nature, flowers, the changing seasons, my travels.. Since the birth of my children and having lived in England for over 20 years, my heart opened up to the beautiful countryside. Each season, on my walks, I completely immerse myself with all my senses to the beauty of nature, the sound of birds, the meadows, the parks, the wildflowers, the butterflies, the trees, the leaves..
When I lived in France, I discovered the colours of the Mediterranean and the Provence, the turquoise sea, the blue sky, markets, baskets, lavender fields, the blue windows shutters and so much more.. This French connection is behind the name of my blog and I hope it will inspire you in a positive way.
My designs are a reflection of my happy thoughts, brought in home from my travels and my walks, my dreams, beautiful moments..
I feel complete when my creations make people feel happy and fulfilled, calm and de-stressed, nurture their inner self, bring joy, love or just spark a new passion into their lives.
