Hello and Welcome to Bonjour Embroidery!

Here you will find beginner friendly, modern hand embroidery, video tutorials, PDF templates and seasonal inspiration.

The idea behind the creation of Bonjour Embroidery, was to encourage others, who have never embroidered before, to try for themselves, and see how easy it is to make beautiful hand embroidery art.

Inspiration for me, comes from the beautiful world that surrounds us - nature, flowers, the changing seasons, my travels.. Since moving to England over 20 years ago, my heart opened up to the beautiful countryside. Each season, on my walks, I completely immerse myself, with all my senses to the beauty of nature, the sound of birds, the meadows, the wildflowers, the butterflies, and more.. The English countryside has a big influence over my designs.

When I lived in France, I discovered the colours of the Mediterranean and the Provence, the turquoise sea, the blue sky, markets, baskets, lavender fields, window shutters and so much more.. This French connection is behind the name of my blog, and I hope it will inspire you too in a positive way.

My designs are a reflection of my happy thoughts, brought in home from my walks, my dreams, travel, beautiful moments..

I feel complete, when my little creations make people feel happy, calm and de-stressed, bring joy or just spark a new passion into their lives.
